At Montreal Box Depot, we're pleased to offer you free delivery service on orders over $200 (before taxes) in the Greater Montreal Region. For deliveries to other zones, we charge an affordable fee.
General Delivery Information

A minimum order of $200. (before tax) is required for processing on all orders received. Additional delivery fees, may apply, if outside our shipping zones. Please refer to our shipping zones below.

All orders received will be processed within 24 hours and your order confirmation will be sent to you the same day. Your order will be shipped from our Montreal location within 1 to 2 business days, not including Sundays and holidays.

Any orders requested on the weekend or on holidays will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

If you choose to pick up your order at our Saint-Hubert location, please allow 24 hours for preparation; your order will be ready the next business day.

Our business hours are from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, and from 8 AM to noon on Saturdays.

We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

All orders must be paid in full or upon delivery.
Delivery Notes

When placing an order, you may note any delivery requests and/or “special" instructions, on our checkout page.

Not around during delivery schedule in the week? Please select the “NO" option in the “Delivery Signature Required" section on our checkout page.

If you have selected the “NO" option, upon your request, we can leave your order safely at your doorstep, a covered porch, in your driveway or backyard, with a neighbour, or at another apartment number, with the doorman, janitor, or in any other safe place. Conditions apply, weather permitting.
Return & Refund Policy
Although all orders are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse, in the event that a product is deemed defective, we will provide an exchange within 24-48 hours.

In all other cases, all sales are final: no refunds and/or merchandise credits.

If you choose to cancel an order less than 24 hours prior to your order being delivered, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee based on the total amount of your order and the balance of your purchase will be credited back to your credit card within 5 business days.
Free Delivery in Zone 1
We offer fast, free delivery 5 days a week on all orders over $200 (before taxes) in the Greater Montreal Region and South Shore. Please refer to our other shipping zones.
